Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. We will also take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the person who filed the original DMCA notice with a copy of the counter-notification and inform that person that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification, at our discretion.
